Reconstruction of old distribution systems, panels

Electric networks and panels built long ago are often not suitable to the electric power needs of expansions, these need to be modernized. We are specialized on replacing old distribution and control panels with new ones, either completely or cell by cell. Our engineering colleagues are well qualified and experienced, which results in minimum downtime needed for the reconstruction works. We often find that there is modern technology alongside with old electric distributor panels which are not safe. In such case the breakdown of distributors results much higher costs than those of complete electric modernization. Because of its great importance it is advisable to check at least the main switch of the plant and to replace it with a new if necessary. Thanks to our huge experience, we can guarantee minimum downtime and safe operation after the replacement.

We can assess the maintenance needs of electric distributors, perform full heat examinations with infra thermometers and cameras, examine and repair the necessary points with a minimum period of power cut. If there is enough downtime available, it is possible to examine all the contact points and set up the long term reliable operation mode of the equipments.
