Maintenance and operation of electric panels, transformers, capacitor banks – long term services to all customers

Hunyadi Kft. is contracted service provider partner of many noted companies around Hungary. At more than 1000 contractual partners we do the maintenance and long term operation of medium and low voltage electric distribution panels, transformers, power factor correction capacitor banks. Maintenances are performed 2-4 times annually at instruments manufactured and installed by our company or others too.

At electric panels, control panels, PFC banks we do measures with thermo cameras or laser thermometers to identify connection and warming problems. We also perform the check of connection points, equipments, protection and control devices.

At the maintenance of contracted PFC capacitor banks we perform the following activities:

• Check the condition of capacitor banks,
• Check the proper work of capacitors, contactors, controller,
• Cleaning of the parts, devices,
• Measure of the capacitor powers with special measuring devices to find malfunctioning capacitors,
• Check the proper work of capacitor contactors, local repair if possible,
• Check the wirings, screw connections; adjustment, tightening or repair if necessary,
• Check the fusers, fuses, replace if necessary,
• Check of discharge devices,
• Check the functioning of controller in manual, automatic and service mode,
• Readjustment of optimal values, programming if necessary,
• Advise and quotation to the replace of malfunctioning capacitors, contactors, power increase, necessary technical solutions.
